Soft Oak Table

Description

A welcoming table for a welcoming family. I was asked by a family to design and make a table that would suit their home and daily life. As I got to know them over the last years as warm, welcoming and gezellig I aimed to translate this into a soft open shape that would resonate that. The warm solid European A-class Oak was a fitting choice warmhearted characters. We added a bench to match their down to earth lifestyle, scooting over for the unexpected but welcome extra guest.
